Blue Origin, the private space firm owned by Amazon's Jeff Bezos, has successfully landed a rocket after its space flight.
A space-faring rocket has vertically landed back on Earth safely and intact for the first time ever.
Blue Origin, the private space firm owned by Amazon's Jeff Bezos, launched and landed the New Shepard rocket on November 23rd.
Bezos explained, “Blue Origin’s reusable New Shepard space vehicle flew a flawless mission—soaring to 329,839 feet and then returning through 119-mph high-altitude crosswinds to make a gentle, controlled landing just four and a half feet from the center of the pad."
