Ekipet e Prishtinës dhe të Beogradit po zhvillojnë në Bruksel bisedime në nivelin teknik. Sipas mediave kosovare, delegacionet e dy vendeve po diskutojnë për tema që kanë të bëjnë me fushën e telekomunikacionit dhe atë të cs. Shefi i delegacionit serb, Dejan Paviçeviç tha para nisjes së takimit se pret që dy palët të përafrohen në qëndrime më shumë, se në bisedimet e mëparshme. Paviçeviç deklaroi se këto tema, në kuadër të dialogut teknik, kanë nisur të diskutohen prej kohësh, por asnjëherë nuk janë mbyllur dhe nuk është gjetur zgjidhje për to. Prishtina dhe Beogradi kanë arritur deri më tani një sërë marrëveshjesh në kuadër të dialogut teknik në Bruskel, por zbatimi i tyre ka ngecur. Ndërkohë që as marrëveshja për normalizimin e marrëdhënieve mes dy vendeve, e nënshkruar një muaj më parë mes dy kryeministrave, Hashim Thaçi dhe Ivica Daçiç, ende nuk ka nisur të zbatohet.
