Ndërsa Patozi ka deklaruar se PD nuk do te beje pazare për këtë çështje. Nëse mazhoranca do ta hidhte për votim draftin e ai nuk do te miratohej do te duheshin 6 muaj te tjerë për ta sjelle serish ne sallën e parlamentit. Edhe interpelanca me Ministrin e Brendshëm Noka e kërkuar nga socialisti Albert Caci, u be për zbatimin e vendimit te gjykatës për këshillin e qarkut Fier.
