Mungesa e tabelave te sinjalistikes rrugore, semaforët jashtë funksionit dhe mos prania e policise rrugore, vazhdojnë te krijojnë probleme ne kryqëzimet te rëndësishme te Tiranes. Kryqëzimi i "Rrugës Jordan Misja", ne vendin e njohur si "Rruga e Burgut", ku prej muajsh semaforët janë jashtë funksionit.
Sikur te mos mjaftonte kjo, përveç mungesës se tabelave, këtu vështirë te shohësh ndonjë polic me uniforme. Kryqëzim tek "Bërryli" është një tjetër segment, qe ku qarkullimi i automjeteve, kthehet ne kaos. Semaforët ne te katër drejtimet, nuk funksionojnë. Për drejtuesit e automjeteve me përvoje, kryqëzime te tilla janë te manovrueshme ndërsa për fillestaret, rreziku për vete dhe te tjerët mbetet gjithmonë i pranishëm. Një situate e ngjashme është edhe rrugën "Bardhyl". Automjetet qe shkojnë e vijnë ne linjën e unazës, shpesh here rrezikojnë te përplasen me ato qe kthehen ne krahun tjetër, qe te çon për tek spitalet. Dhe pse semaforët punojnë, problemi qëndron ne mos koordinimin e kaheve te kundërta te tyre, qe ndizen njëkohësisht. Për te qarkulluar me makine ne rrugët e kryeqytetit duhet te mendohesh mire. Veç morisë se automjeteve, mungesa e sinjalistikes, behet shpesh shkak aksidentesh.
