Ne prag te privativit te kompanisë se vetme te naftës ne vend "Albpetrol", situata financiare ne te rezulton me një dem te konsiderueshme ne kurriz te buxhetit te shtetit. Sipas raportit me te fundit te kontrollit te larte te shtetit, shoqëria "Albpetrol" nuk ka vjele detyrimet ndaj kompanisë "Armo", ne masën prej 3.9 miliard leke. Kjo shume përben edhe demin me te madhe qe KLSH ka konstatuar ne te gjitha kontrollet për vitin 2011, dem i cili ne total arrin ne 7 miliard leke. Ne dy vitet e fundit kompania me kapital shtetërore i ka shitur nafte, "Armos" por për arsye sa qesharake aq edhe te pabesueshme nuk ka një motivacion zyrtare te mos vjeljes se detyrimeve. Këto deklarata u bene gjate raportimit te kreut te KLSH ne komisionin e ekonomisë për veprimtarinë e këtij institucioni gjate viti 2011.
