Përkujtohen ne Vlorë për te tetin vit radhazi viktimat e 9 janarit, te cilët teksa udhëtonin me gomone humben jetën ne ujërat e Karaburunit. Bilanci i kësaj tragjedie shënoi 21 te vdekur dhe 8 te zhdukur. Familjaret e viktimave kane akuzuar strukturat e shtetit te asaj kohe për përfshirje ne këtë tragjedi. Ata i kane bere thirrje qeverise te kthejë trupat dhe te zbardhe ngjarjen. Te gjithë viktimat ishin nga zona e Shkodres e te moshës nga 15 deri 35 vjeç. Te afërm te viktimave e përfaqësues nga shoqata te Shkodres kane hedhur lule ne ujërat e Jonit, ne përkujtim te tyre.
