Kampionati i 16 i Taekwondo- s ka vene ne gare sportiste te grup moshave te ndryshme nga disa qytete te vendit. Sokol Hadoj është një nga te rinjtë qe ushtron këtë lloj arti marcial prej një vit e gjysme.
Sipas tij ky aktivitet jo vetëm është çlodhës por edhe te mëson te mbrohesh me veprime fizike nga sulme te ndryshme .Ne kampionat ai shpreson te marre dhe çmimin fitues. Ne kampionat arrin pjese 12 ekipe te cilët do te ndahen ne 5 kategori. Sipas drejtorit teknik te federatës shqiptare te Taekwondos fituesit do te udhëtojnë drejt Kanadasë për te marre pjese ne kampionatin botëror. Taekwondo e ka origjinën nga Koreja dhe bën pjese ne artet marciale. Sot ky lloj sporti ka gjetur një përhapje te gjere ne bote dhe është edhe pjese e lojërave olimpike.
Taekwondo championship 16-s of the race has put athletes of different age groups from several cities of the country. Hadoj Sokol is one of the young people who exercise this kind of martial art from a year and a half.
According to him, this activity is not only relaxing but also teaches you to defend the physical actions of different attacks. We take the championship and he hopes winning the prize. We share the league reaches 12 teams who will be divided in 5 categories. According to the Albanian federation technical director of Taekwondo winners will travel to Canada to participate in world championship. Taekwondo originated from Korea and takes part in martial arts. Today this kind of sport has found a wide spread in the world and is also part of the Olympic Games.
