Ujësjellësi i Tiranes, kërkon rritjen me 22 leke me shume të çmimit për abonentët e ujësjellësit ne kryeqytet. Duke mos u mjaftuar me dyfishimin e çmimit para një viti, që e çoi faturën për popullatën në 33 leke për metër kub, me këtë propozim, ky çmim shkon ne 55 leke për metër kub. Kreu i Ujësjellësit, Dollapi ka argumentuar këtë rritje me fuqizimin e buxhetit te ujësjellësit, për te shtuar investimet dhe rritur orët e furnizimit me ujë. Çmimi sipas Dollapit është nën kosto dhe për këtë i ka kërkuar Entit Rregullator te Ujit, aplikimin për rritje. Një rritje propozohet për entet buxhetore për te cilat çmimi rritet me 40 leke për metër kub duke e çuar atë nga 110 leke që është aktualisht ne 150 leke. Rritja me e madhe është propozuar për pijet alkoolike, pijet freskuese me 60 leke për metër kub, duke e çuar çmimin e mundshëm nga 140 ne 200 leke. Pritet te shikohet nëse Enti Rregullator i Ujësjellësit do të marre parasysh propozimin e Ujësjellësit të Tiranës.
