Komisioni parlamentar i sigurisë ka miratuar vetëm me votat e mazhorances ratifikimin e marrëveshjes për lëvizjen pa viza mes Shqipërisë e Serbisë.
Anëtarët e opozitës, megjithëse nuk ishin kundër nismës, kundërshtuan kohen kur ka ardhur për miratim drafti, për shkak te marrëdhënieve te tensionuara ne veriun e Kosovës. Marrëveshja mes palëve u nënshkrua ne 5 korrik te këtij viti. Ajo parashikon levizjen e shtetasve ne te dyja anët e kufirit, vetëm me pasaporta dhe qëndrim 90 dite, duke iu referuar praktikes ne hapësirën e BE. Përgjatë muajve te verës mes 2 vendeve është aplikuar një marrëveshje e përkohshme për lëvizjen pa viza, e cila pritet te zëvendësohet me heqjen përfundimtare te regjimit me miratimin e marrëveshjes ne parlament.
Committee of Public Safety has adopted only with the majority votes for the ratification of visa-free movement between Albania and Serbia.
Opposition members, though they were not against the initiative, rejected the time has come for approval to the draft, because of the tense relations in northern Kosovo. The agreement between the parties was signed on 5 July this year. It provides for the movement of citizens on both sides of the border, passports and residence only 90 days, referring to practices in the EU space. Throughout the summer months between the 2 countries applied a provisional agreement for visa-free movement, which is expected to be replaced with the final removal of the regime with the approval of the agreement in parliament.
