Pas një aksioni blic te zhvilluar ne orët e para te mëngjesit te se mërkurës, te shtrire ne Kosove dhe jashtë saj, EULEX ka arrestuar te paktën gjashte persona, punonjës ne administrate dhe biznesmenë, te dyshuar për korrupsion dhe shpërdorim detyre.
Sipas njoftimeve nga vete misioni i BE-se, kontrolle janë zhvilluar ne Ministrinë e Brendshme, zyrat e policisë ne Prishtine dhe te paktën 12 objekte te tjera duke përfshirë shtëpi private, biznese dhe zyra publike. Behet e ditur se nder te arrestuarit janë tre biznesmenë, dy zyrtare te larte te policisë se Kosovës qe janë marre me tregtinë e armeve dhe nje punonjës nga ministria e brendshme. Ata janë ndaluar nen akuzën se kane abuzuar me detyrën duke i shkaktuar dëme kolosale ekonomike Kosovës. Pjesë e këtij hetimi ka qene edhe një kontroll i policisë gjermane ne një shtëpi private dhe biznes në gjermani, pronari i te cilit dyshohet se zhvillonte tregti ne Kosovë.
After a flash of action developed in the early hours of Wednesday morning, lying in and outside Kosovo, EULEX has arrested at least six persons, employees in administration and businessmen suspected of corruption and abuse of power.
According to reports from separate EU mission, checks were conducted at the Interior Ministry, police offices in Pristina and at least 12 other facilities including private homes, businesses and public offices. It is known that among those arrested are three businessmen, two senior police officials of Kosovo that are taken with the arms trade and an employee of the interior ministry. They have been detained under charges of abusing his power, causing enormous economic damage Kosovo.
