Largimi i dy anëtareve te KQZ-se nga mbledhja e fundit pa pranuar te nënshkruajnë aktin përmbyllës te zgjedhjeve vendore ka disa arsye te cilat sqarohen nga nënkryetarja Dëshira Subashi ne intervistën e dhënë për "Vizion Plus". Sipas Subashit, shumica ne KQZ kishte hartuar një strategji për te penguar komentin ndaj vërejtjeve te evidentuara ne raportin e OSBE ODIHR për kryetarin Arben Ristani. Ajo shton se largimi i saj dhe anëtarit tjetër nuk ishte lëvizje politike, por reagim pasi shumica ne komision shkeli ligjin. Nënkryetarja Subashi komenton dhe kritikat e adresuara nga raporti i OSBE/ODHIR-it. E ndonëse jo direkt, ajo pranon si këshillën e duhur rekomandimin për ndryshimin e KQZ-se.
