This builds on the classic Bourbon Rickey by adding a layer of deep complexity with dark maple syrup. Be sure to use the real stuff - otherwise it just isn’t the same!
Ingredients: 2 lime wheels ½ oz dark maple syrup 1 oz lime juice 1½ oz bourbon Club soda Glass: highball or collins
Method: Fill a highball glass with ice, mixing in the lime wheels. Add the maple syrup, bourbon, and lime juice; then top with club soda. Stir and serve.
