Mexico: Military Charged with HR Violations in Search for Guzman

Mexican marines has been charged with committing human rights violations in the course of searching for fugitive drug lord Joaquin El Chapo Guzman. Hundreds of residents have fled communities in the northern states of Sinaloa and Durango, claiming marines have shot at them and their homes.
