UN Rep Fails to Find HR Violations at Colombia/Venezuela Border

UN Coordinator in Colombia Fabrizio Hochschild visited the border area with Venezuela to investigate allegations by the Attorney General and others that the human rights of Colombian minors had been violated during their deportation from Venezuela. He said that he found no evidence for such claims, and called on the two sides to resolve the crisis through dialogue and diplomacy. teleSUR
