Parliamentarians and NGOs gather at the Indian High Commission to submit a memorandum calling for an immediate ceasefire to the Sri Lankan army push remnants of the Tamil Tigers.

They are also calling for the introduction of a UN peacekeeping force in Sri Lanka.
