The Bandar Baru Bangi Sessions Court has dismissed a civil suit against the federal government and the police force, over alleged brutality in dispersing a gathering over issues with the Grand Saga Highway in 2007.Lawyer Lim Lip Eng, representing the three plaintiffs, said the judge Mohammed Mokhzani Mokhtar gave three reasons in dismissing the case.
