Former Guatemalan President Back in Court

Former Guatemalan president Otto Perez Molina is back in court. A hearing is being held to determine whether he will face prosecution on corruption charges and if so he will be sent to regular prison awaiting trial. While Perez Molina firmly denies accusations of involvement in customs kickbacks, the prosecutor's office says he it has more than enough evidence for a conviction. He may also face charges of human rights violations and abuse of power. Gerardo Torres reports from Central America. teleSUR
