Neighborhood Hero Helps Rescue Kitten From Storm Drain

This kitten was clinging for its life after it fell down a storm drain in Phoenix, Arizona, during a monsoon storm. Neighbors could hear its meows from underground. The group of neighbors stopped a car to ask the driver if she could help. The driver brought a Swiffer sweeper and a ladder and a man was able to climb down and pull out the kitten. The driver captured this footage on camera. The surprise is that the driver was RightThisMinute host Gayle Bass.
