Fisherman's death may affect Taiwan elections

MANILA, Philippines -- Over in Taiwan, National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) agents are making progress in their investigation into the killing of the Taiwanese fisherman off Batanes. Taiwanese media are following the story closely, saying it will have an impact on their country's elections next year though Taipei insists otherwise.
