PH apology accepted by Taiwan fisherman's kin

MANILA -- The family of the Taiwanese fisherman who was killed by Philippine Coast Guard personnel off Batanes last May 9 was "happy" with the Philippines' "official apology," the chief of the Manila Economic and Cultural Office (MECO) said.
