Police killed an unarmed Mexican immigrant in Pasco, Washington on February 10. A Youtube video of the incident sparked widespread outrage. At the North American Integration Summit held in the Mexican Senate, when pressed by the media, US Ambassador to Mexico Anthony Wayne response to the incident was "no comment".
