Stalled Colombian Peace talks appear to be set to resume

It is looking like Colombian peace talks are set to resume as the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) have committed to releasing General Ruben Dario Alzate and two of his companions this weekend. President Juan Manuel Santos said that the move by the rebels to release of two soldiers this week, and the upcoming release of the three other captives should pave the way back to the negotiating table and peace talks. teleSUR
