Mumbai: Court flays Railways for saying robbery victim shouldn’t have risked life for bag - Tv9

Mumbai: The Bombay High Court gave an earful to the Railways for taking a stand that a commuter should not risk his or her life or limb, if faced with an attack while travelling in a train. The Railways authorities had stated that in such a circumstance, a person should let the thief take the belongings.
