Huge anti-austerity protests rock Belgium

Tens of thousands of demonstrators took to the streets of Brussels in the first major protest against the new right-wing government. In the month since it took office, the government has raised the retirement age, slashed health and education spending, and cancelled a wage increase set for next year.
