FRENCH PAPERS - Weds. 30.04.14: There's a lot of focus on Prime Minister Manuel Valls in the French papers today. Yesterday, France's lower house of parliament gave the green light to the government’s €50 billion deficit-reduction plan, but Valls is facing a crumbling majority as 41 of his own Socialist MPs abstained from the vote.
