Ingredients: 1 cup grated fresh coconut 1/4 cup chopped green coriander 2 - 3 Green chillies chopped 1/4 cup finely chopped Onions Salt Powdered Sugar Turmeric Powder Lemon Juice Bread Butter
Method: - Mix grated coconut, chopped chillies, chopped onions, chopped coriander, salt, sugar, pinch of turmeric powder and lime juice in a bowl - Butter the breads and put the coconut filling in it, put another bread on the top, cut the sides of the breads and press down a little so as to stick the coconut filling to the bread well. - Cut the sandwiches in the shape you want and serve it.
