Turkish authorities have arrested dozens of people protesting against the government for a fourth consecutive day, after riot police fired tear gas on demonstrations in Istanbul and Ankara.
At least 60 people were detained on Friday as they demonstrated in Istanbul at a rally which began peacefully over the demolition of a park, but which turned into a broader protest against what is seen as increasingly authoritarian government.
