00:04Come to lie on your back, making a T-shape with those arms, palms face up to the ceiling.
00:09Start with both legs extended.
00:11Now reach that right leg straight up in front of the hip.
00:14Point the toe, and now think about that toe crossing all the way over.
00:18Try to touch your left middle finger with that toe.
00:21And then inhale, come back through center, and change.
00:25Inhale, lift that leg up.
00:27Exhale, pull your belly and make sure your core is engaged.
00:30We're in spinal rotation here.
00:32Inhale, back up.
00:33Exhale, make sure you're using your core here.
00:36So lift the leg, draw the belly button in.
00:38Use your breath.
00:39Exhale, try to touch the toe and the foot and the hand.
