00:00This is Sumo Jump Squat
00:02Stand with your feet wider than hip distance apart, toes outward
00:05Keeping your back straight, lower into a Sumo Squat
00:08Make sure your knees don't extend beyond your toes
00:10Then jump as high as you can, reach your arms overhead
00:13Land in a squat position and repeat for 30 to 60 seconds
00:19Here's how to do alternating lunges
00:22Begin with your feet hip distance apart
00:24Step your right foot forward about 2 feet and lower into a lunge
00:28Make sure your knee doesn't go past your ankle
00:30Drive your body off the ground and switch the position of your legs in the air
00:34You should land in a lunge with your left foot forward
00:37Keep alternating sides as you repeat this exercise for 30 to 60 seconds
00:42This is how to do a plyometric side lunge
00:45Stand with your feet about twice as wide as your shoulders
00:48Then jump your left leg to the left and bend your knee to come into a side lunge
00:53At the same time, bring your right hand down to touch the floor in front of your body
00:57Keep your chest high as you do this move
