### Steps to Switch Columns:
1. **Selecting the Column** - Click on the column you want to move. In this case, I'm going to move column 2 to a new position.
2. **Moving the Column** - Go to the top of the column. - When the cursor turns into a hand, you can now move the column. - Click on the column and drag it across to the left-hand side. - An outline will appear on the left border where the column will be moved. - Release the mouse button to drop the column in the new position.
3. **Verifying the Switch** - Notice that the columns have now switched positions.
