SANDBAG 12 min WORKOUT with NIKI

Niki uses her Sandbag and does six rounds of this awesome routine. We show 3 full rounds so you know how to do the routine so when you finish just press play and do it again.

WORKOUT

12 x Sandbag Squats (heels elevated)
20 seconds Body Hangs (Legs crossed)
15 x Knee Tuck Abs (on Bench)
Repeat for at least 6 rounds
