Delhi police on Friday (February 22) released the sketch of Raju, the crucial missing link in the Hyderabad blasts which occurred on Thursday (February 21). The investigative agencies are on the look out for Raju who made the logistical arrangements for Maqbool, Asad and Imran to carry out the recce. The Indian Mujahideen (IM) operative Maqbool organised the recce in Hyderabad. Maqbool came in contact with Imran through a common friend. The latter introduced Maqbool to Asad who taught them how to make a bomb by using urea, diesel and fire cracker powder at Asad's farmhouse. In April 2012, Imran introduced Maqbool to the Bhatkal brothers. Before the Pune serial blasts on August 1, Maqbool, Irfan, Imran and Asad had discussed their plan of carrying out a Fidayeen attack. In July 2012, Maqbool helped Imran in doing a recce of Dilkhush Nagar and two other areas of Hyderabad.
