Sources to NewsX : 8 to 9 people planned Patna Bomb Blasts, three teams formed to carry out attacks

There were eight to nine people that planned the Patna blast. They had formed 3 teams to plant bombs.

Infact caught Imtiaz had done a recee of the Gandhi Maidan just a day before blasts.
