UN: Four million Syrians internally displaced

The United Nations says more than four million people inside Syria are now in desperate need of aid. That figure is up sharply from 2.5 million in September. The UN says it is particularly difficult to provide help to provinces under opposition control. Al Jazeera's diplomatic editor James Bays reports.
