Cop drives Class 12 student to suicide?

A class 12 student was allegedly driven to commit suicide after a policeman tortured and harassed him during a raid in his hostel in Etah. In the suicide note recovered, the student has blamed police harassment and the Warden Beena Jain for his death. Meanwhile, an FIR has been lodged against the cop but he is still on the run.
