Lemon Ginger Fizz Concentrate (20 Servings) Ingredients - 1 cup lemon juice - squeezed from 15 -18 lemons 1/4 cup ginger - extract juice 2 and half cups sugar 1 cup water.
Method - Boil water and sugar to make syrup. Add the juices. Store in fridge or add a pinch of sodium benzoate to preserve. For each serving, measure 1/4 cup of this concentrate. Add water or soda. Serve on ice.
