Child raped, killed, but no action yet

It's a horrific story of abuse form the Baran district of Rajasthan as a 3-yeard old girl was raped and murdered. The incident triggered the violent protests by villagers demanding immediate action. The villagers blocked the Kota-Baran highway after girl's body was found in a drain. The protest called off after the police assured the villagers that they will nab the culprits within 24 hours.
