A Nuclear Security Summit in South Korea will be discussing efforts to stop the spread of nuclear weapons.

The meeting comes a year after the meltdown at the Fukushima nuclear plant in Japan.

Restoring faith in civil nuclear energy is also a focus.

Al Jazeera's Harry Fawcett reports from South Korea's Industrial city of Changwon.
