USA: Republicans get down to business despite storm delay

The start of the US Republican Party's national convention has been put back by a day because of Tropical Storm Isaac - even though forecasts predicted the storm would miss Tampa Bay where the event is being held.

Sunday's welcome party still went ahead. The convention is due to nominate Mitt Romney as the presidential candidate for November's election.
