Paralysed Briton dies after court defeat on right to end...

A British man paralysed from the neck down who fought a legal battle over the right to end his life has died.

58-year-old Tony Nicklinson lost a High Court case only last week in which he argued to be able to choose when to die.

The family solicitor said he began refusing food, caught pneumonia, and died accompanied by his wife and two daughters.
