US President Joe Biden has not yet confirmed whether he will attend the upcoming peace summit in Switzerland.

00:08It's unclear if the US President will personally show up as the event clashes with a campaign

00:12fundraiser.

00:13Zelensky was in Belgium for an announcement with Prime Minister Alexander De Croo of 30

00:18F-16 fighter jets by 2028 and 1 billion euro of military aid this year.

00:24But there are restrictions as many Western nations do not want their weapons used on

00:28Russian territory.

00:29Everything which is covered by this agreement is military material, military equipment that

00:37is to be used by the Ukrainian defence forces and it is to be used on the Ukrainian territory.

00:44This is the agreement that we made.

00:52he's ready to talk about a truce, but only based on the territory he's stolen since the

00:58The Ukrainian President also described how damaging it is that Western countries insist
