Southwest Holds Diversity Summit; Sodexo Offers Healthy Food for Kids; World Merit Program Calls for Corporate Leadership Talent - CSR Minute for July 27, 2012

Southwest Airlines will hold its third annual Diversity summit on August 2nd in Dallas, the airline’s headquarters. The summit will gather executives from North Texas Fortune 500 companies to discuss diversity and inclusion initiatives, new opportunities, and best practices.

Sodexo has helped The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis to become the first museum to offer “Kids Live Well” food choices at museum dining locations. The Kids Live Well program is a first-of-its kind initiative led by the National Restaurant Association in collaboration with Health Dining to provide better menus. Sodexo is the dining solutions provider for the museum.

The World Merit Leadership Program connects talent to opportunity. The initiative is putting out a call for “hidden” leadership talent from the corporate world.
