Maoists brazen diktat to villagers

First they used innocent villagers as human shields during the encounter in Bijapur on the 30th of June and when all else failed, Maoist terrorists have now given a brazen diktat to villagers in the Bijapur District. Warning the cops in the district to either quit their jobs or lose their lives.
