Soldier in Afghan shooting to face US court

The lawyer defending a US soldier accused of killing 16 Afghans says that there is little hard evidence against his client.

John Henry Browne says that staff Sergeant Robert Bales cannot remember much about the night of the shooting, and that there is little evidence that could stand up in court against him.
