At least 20 people have been injured in a grenade attack in the centre of the Rwandan capital, Kigali.

The explosion came as the country's electoral commission announced the results of a presidential vote on Monday.

It gave president Paul Kagame another seven year term in office.

Al Jazeera's Andrew Simmons reports from the Rwandan capital.
