Sultan Munadi, an Afghan journalist, was killed when British special forces tried to free him and his British colleague from Taliban captivity.

In a ceremony held at his graveside, the Afghan Press Club said they held British forces responsible for his death "because they resorted in military action before exhausting other non-violent means".

Al Jazeera's James Bays reports from the gathering in the capital, Kabul, where journalists demand action from all parties in war-torn Afghanistan.
