Syria refugees in Turkey protest against killings...

Syrians staying in Turkish refugee camps are protesting an outbreak of violence from the Syrian government that has left three demonstrators dead since Thursday morning's ceasefire.

The refugees at Yayladagi in the Turkish region of Hatay, are taking part in a wave of rallies across Syria after Friday prayers. UN envoy for the crisis Kofi Annan visited the camp on Tuesday.
