DHL evaluating delisting options for Blue Dart Express -- ET NOW
In an exclusive conversation with ET NOW, DHL Asia Pacific CEO Jerry Hsu said that "We are evaluating all options for delisting Blue Dart". He also added that there is Pressure due to SEBI deadline on 75% shareholding norms and thus they are analyzing all clauses of delisting. He also added the Valuation is a hurdle in delisting process
Earlier ET NOW had reported in April that Blue Dart Express is looking to delist shares from the Indian bourses. DHL currently holds little over 80% stake in Blue Dart Express, whereas Institutional investors hold nearly 10% stake
