Syrians vote on constitution as bombing continues

Syrians are going to the polls today to vote on a new constitution. If approved, President Bashar al Assad has promised to hold parliamentary elections within 90 days.
The constitution would also allow for a multi-party contest and enact a presidential limit of two seven-year terms.
