Neilson Grew up in Mississippi A. Wasp sting, break dancing, switchblade comb, binaca, camp, jeep, mullet, Star Wars, pet rock, Swat, Chips, That's Incredible, El Palaseo, action figures, nachos with yellow cheese, Intelevision, electric football II. Played a lot of sports A. State champs - football III. Mom was in a band. A. So Neilson wanted in a band IV. Started a band: This Living Hand A. With Clay Jones (now a really good producer/engineer). B. TLH signed to Adam Duritz's label, E Pluribus Unum. This was all in the early 1990's by the way. V. Band broke up. A. It happens sometimes, nobody's fault really. Recorded and released 3 solo albums: 1.The Slide Project 2. Why Men Fail 3. Sing Into Me V. Started producing records A. Began recording in very small apartment 1. Got a cat named Mr. Lemons a. the best cat 2. Mr. Lemon's passes away tragically VI. Moved to Nashville, opened Mr. Lemons' Studio, continued producing records A. for and/or with Garrison Starr, Glen Phillips, Matthew Ryan, Amelia White, Strays Don't Sleep, Michelle Malone, Kate York, Jeremy Lister, Matthew Perryman Jones, and others
